This page is all about Residents, Families and Advocates having a direct say in how care is delivered within Spring Gardens Care Home and give access to the seasonal newsletter.
Participations is key to assisting our Home in how we develop our service and requires your inclusion, either by speaking directly with the care staff, participation in the Resident’s Forum held at the Home or here on this Forum page. Tell us what you think, good and bad. Don’t feel restricted by the feeling that you don’t wish to rock the boat and cause upset. If you are not happy, then we also are not happy. Just drop us a line and use the box opposite to raise your point of view.
